3.2、 Maintenance response procedure:

3.2.1 Upon receipt of maintenance request - problem diagnosis will be conducted and confirmation of maintenance schedule will be served in written form (arrival on site within 24 hours)
3.2.2 Sending of Technician - Technician and skilled personnel will be sent to site for the repair within required time and repair details and records will be documented accordingly.
All products repaired/ maintained on site will be supported by the technician, supervisor and project manager.
After warranty period:
3.2.3 Upon receipt of repair request - We will analyze the problem and submit a written quotation to the client for approval. The technician will arrive at site for the maintenance work within 24 hours once the client confirms the quotation.
3.2.4 Dispatch of Technician - Technician and skilled personnel will be sent to site for the repair within required time and repair details and records will be documented accordingly.
All products repaired / maintained on site will be backup by the technician, supervisor and project manager.
